Hi, I'm Mandy.

I started Mandy's Place because I am the woman I built it for.

I know what it feels like to pour yourself into everyone around you until you are running on empty. To be strong for so long that you forget what it feels like to rest. To walk into spaces and never quite feel like they were made for you.

I wanted to change that — not just for me, but for every woman carrying what I was carrying.

Mandy's Place is a wellness sanctuary in Laurel, Maryland, built for women who are ready to stop performing and start breathing. A space where you don't have to explain yourself, shrink yourself, or earn your right to be here. You belong here — exactly as you are.

I chose the sunflower as our symbol because sunflowers don't pretend to face any direction but the light. They are tall. They are unapologetic. They grow in ordinary soil and produce something breathtaking. That is my prayer for every woman who walks through these doors — that she leaves a little more herself, a little more turned toward her own light.

Rest is not a reward here. It is your right.

Healing is not a luxury here. It is the work.

And you — you are not a problem to fix. You are a garden to tend.
